Is there a narrower width option for the ‘basic’ touring bar with interchangeable end sections ?

Hello, I note the basic touring bar is 580mm, and I assume this refers to overall length with the ends attached ? Can you confirm this, please ? And if a ‘ dropped ‘ bar option is used, does that result in a different overall width ~ if so what is the measurement ?
