Exchange with hsa438

Hi, I need to replace the ball cage in an AWC hub, and I tought, I would improve it a bit with a stiffer, plastic ball cage, if it is possible. So, I would like to ask, is it possible to exchange this ball cage with the hsa438? I mean, the ball diameter and the cage diameter could be the same? Thank you.

Unfortunately, HSA438 is smaller than the required part im afraid.
