What are the internal ratios of this hub(% range) before factoring in external sprocket ratios? Thanks

246%, the two sprockets mean the overall is 302%.

What is the "wide ratio", is it 177% like the other Sturmey hubs? Thank you.

Because this uses 2 external sprockets the ratio range is 302%.
