Do these fit around disc barakes?

Hiya,
Are these kinked stays designed to fit around/under front disc brake calipers when connecting to traditional fork mounts? You see them on some OEM mudguards, but I've yet to find any for sale on the after-market. Also, would they be suitably long for 700c wheels?

Hi there,

These should fit 700c wheel suitably. To get them to fit around a disc brake will depend on the way the brake mounts and the braze ons on the forks.
