Tyres For Older Mountain Bikes

ConsNot puncture proof yet has three plies so is better than other tyres.

ProsUse the same triangle blocks from the Continental mtb tyre range

Have an old Peugeot mountain bike which is dated from 2000. The original tyres were standard knobblies which are useless on the road. These tyres maintain the knobbly look plus are perfect for road use and being narrow suit the older narrower frames. Standard knobblies of decent quality are getting harder to find so these tyres make for an ideal replacement. Plan to fit these permanently all the time.
