The new upgraded rear view mirror from Busch & Muller with a larger lens for enhanced vision. The design is unique and very functional offering a very large field of vision. The mirror is very easy to fit with plenty of adjustment for perfect alignment. It is supplied with both bar end fit and jubilee clip for the handlebars.

Conspricey and breakable

Prospretty much does the job

It's the second one I've had, first one broke whilst on tour because i got impatient with it and pushed the stem too far against the ball?socket joint. I have large panniers on the rear and this mirror projects further enough out to see beyond the panniers..if you get what i mean. Little bit pricey and a little bit lightweight but does the job.

ConsNot always suitable

ProsGood view in right circumstances

Recently fitted this item to my Thorn Nomad ii . Fitted at first directly to my flat bars, this gave me a great view of my forarm. Choose the second fitting option , the bar end. This worked well as i have a T-bar, the rear view was perfect, and the mirror was protected below the handlebars.

what is the length of this mirror's stem, and also that of Busch & Muller Standard Mirror, from clip to mirror centre

Hi, The Cycle Star 80 is 140mm , the Standard is 200mm. Both measured clip / mounting to mirror centre.
