Good solution if a cage impedes lifting or clamping the frame

Consnot more widely available

Prosvery neat but secure

Secure but easily releases bottle cage when wanted. Also gives a useful small offset from frame holes, either up or down (ie with qr tab onL or R). A minor improvement would be to put the tab on the part that comes off with the cage, leaving even less on the bike frame.

Can this go either way up?

It looks as though this offsets the bottle cage along the frame tube by a short distance from the original bolts. Can this be in either direction?
