Designed to fit to traditional road stems with a nutted expander bolt however will fit over the top cap of modern ahead stem systems if a longer bolt is fitted. This is a very durable product with a strong spring to hold your map or route plan.

Excellent product. I broke the previous one I had when I rode into a concrete bollard...so glad to get a replacement. Invaluable for maps and envelopes, newspapers etc which need to be referred to en route.

Constricky to mount
Proscan hold folded OS maps
fantastic price, much more versatile than the very expensive plastic clip equivalent. down side hard to mount on most 'modern stems' I am currently looking for munsen ring, pipe clips, to enable bar mounting.

Longer Bolt
By
30 Mar 2016
Hello, do you sell the longer bolt required to fit this to a more modern ahead stem system?
Hi,

Whether or not you need a longer bolt is all dependant on the length of the current bolt you are using, how deep the star nut is sat into the forks and if you are running any spacers above the stem. Standard headset star nuts use an M6 bolt so any M6 bolt in a longer length will work, we only sell these in larger packs and are SJSC parts 1841 and 1840 depending on the type of cap you'd require.

Thanks.
