This is the older smaller type and will fit left or right brake lever.

ProsWell integrated fitting.

I've never had anything from Brompton that has disappointed before. The fitting of this bell is well integrated with the levers, but as a warning device it's useless. About the same volume as the proverbial pin drop. It's in the bin. Sorry.

Is This Bell Compatible With The Pre-2017 6 Gears Brompton?

Hi,

Unofrtunately not, this bell can only be fitted to the new 2017 brake levers and is not compatible with the older levers. If you have the older levers you still need the original bell which is SJSC part number 13723.
