Details
Your beloved Brompton takes care of you, so it is time to take care of it.
In this service;
- Fully check the whole bike removing the wheels and drivechain.
- Check every nut, bolt and component for wear/damage and advise.
- Advisorys made on hinge, pivots and seat sleeve.
- Replace standard wearing items such as chain/sprockets/brake pads.
We will then rebuild the bike, with any replacement/upgraded parts and set it up ready for many more miles.
Each bike is taken on an individual basis and quoted before work.
Advisorys will be made for the most relevant service plan and which parts are worn.
Parts not included.

Suspension upgrade for Electric Brompton M6R

Dear SJS,
I’m writing to enquire a product to improve seated-comfort when riding Electric Brompton (M6R) over rough/ bumpy roads? I’m 5’6 and 80kg, commute with a large City Bag at front of my bike.
It would be very helpful if you can let me know which of the below options is the most suitable upgrade and not affecting the electric assist sensor.
-Suspension block
-Titanium seat-post
-Suspension seat-post
-Sprung Saddle
-Gel saddle cover

Hi!
None of those options would affect the electric system at all. We would probably recommend looking at a more progressive suspension with a suitable saddle.
