These do what they say, and come with nice stainless screws, but bear in mind that they add a bit of depth so that your bottle cages end up 32 mm lower (or higher) but also about 12mm further out from the frame than they would otherwise have been. This means that for instance, the two bottles barely fitted past each other. It would probably make more sense to find a bottle cage that sat lower in the first place.
