ProsFixed my problem. Quality product.
I'm running a 73mm Hollowtech BB in a 68mm steel shell with damaged threads. I was having problems using the two drive side plastic spacers - they would deform and allow the BB to start moving. It's been 100 miles and so far this solution seems to work...

can i use this spacer with your "Threadless 68 mm Sealed Bearing Bottom Bracket for Frames with Damaged Threads" if my shellwidth is 66,8 mm?

You should be able to do this without a problem, however we have not tried this so we cannot say for certain.
