part No 49929 is it the rubber only

Please can you tell me what is the width of the 58mm brake blocks part No 49929, and are the rubber blocks removable from metal carrier.

The pads are not removable from the carrier, the pad is 12.5mm deep at the braking surface. SK 30/09/25
