What Size Stepped Ferrule/Adjuster

Have put DiaCompe 131 brake levers in my basket. It states I need stepped ferrule/adjuster. What size insert please and go I need both ferrule and adjuster.thanks

The stepped ferrules are actually supplied, but if you do need any more they are SJSC part number 31081.
