Which type of brake cable end is this for?

Is it the mountain bike one with the cylinder at 90 degrees, or is it the one with the cyclinder aligned with the cable?

Is this compatible with Dia compe 999 brakes?

The description states that they are V-Brake / Disk levers, but the information on the 999 brakes says that the 999 brakes are compatible with any DP series lever.

I was under the impression that you couldn't use a "Normal" v-brake lever with cantilever brakes as the 'pull' was not long enough.


As these are specifically listed as V brake levers, long pull, they would not be suitable.
You require short pull levers, we have amended the description on the brakes while we look for clarification
