ProsKeeps water out of the cables
Got a pair of these installed on my 2014 Brommie. Fit is good and the little bits fit nicely as the Q/A answer explains.
The bellows could fold better to make them look nicer, though.

What Are The Little Parts For?

The convoluted bits obviously go on the inner cable between stirrup and clamp but I couldn't see where the bits like miniature cable terminations are meant to go.

These parts fit onto the cable under the Gaiters and slide into the brake itself to help with sealing.
