Lets you use Flat-Mount disc brake caliper with a 160mm rotor on a native 140mm Post-Mount frame, or a Flat-Mount disc brake caliper with 180mm rotor on a native 160 Post-Mount fork.
IMPORTANT: This adapter will not be compatible with all 140mm frames and forks. It requires at least 16mm clearance between the posts and frame/fork.

Does this mount include bolts?

Bolts are not included.
This disc brake adapter is specific for Post Mount frame to Flat Mount by way of existing brake system bolts.
For your information, the post mounts are 74mm apart, the adaptor will add 20mm to the base rotor size.

Is the distance between the 2 post fixings 74mm and will I be able to stay with a 160 rotor ?
