Hi. Is this little beast helps me to use a 27,5 inch wheel on a 26 inch wheel mtb frame?

I'd like to build a Cycletech Nova Pro Tange Ultralight Prestige 26 inch mtb frame to a 27,5 inch gravel bike . It has v brake studs. Does this little brake adaptor effects the tire clearence?
The adaptor move the post up slightly but not inwards, clearance might be affected but unlikely. SK 25/04/25
