usable for frames with brazed-on canti posts...or only frames with cantis *bosses*

Looking at the answers here, it appears that these work with brazed-on posts as well. Is that really true? If they're M10 threads, then they thread into the bosses in the frame, not the canti posts themselves, which are M6. Can you clarify? thank you!
SJS Customer Service:
These are only for frames with existing bosses for cantilever brakes. SK 02/06/26

Will this give me the required 31.5 mm extension to fit a 700c wheel into a 26” frame?
SJS Customer Service:
Sadly no, it can only increase by one size at a time. SK 28/05/26

Hi. I'm converting a Dawes KaraKum tourer from 700c wheels to 650b (27.5). Will these allow V- brake blocks to be repositioned lower to allow for smaller diameter wheels?
SJS Customer Service:
Yes, these will allow you to change the wheel size. SK 29/05/25
Hi. Is this little beast helps me to use a 27,5 inch wheel on a 26 inch wheel mtb frame?

I'd like to build a Cycletech Nova Pro Tange Ultralight Prestige 26 inch mtb frame to a 27,5 inch gravel bike . It has v brake studs. Does this little brake adaptor effects the tire clearence?
SJS Customer Service:
The adaptor move the post up slightly but not inwards, clearance might be affected but unlikely. SK 25/04/25
