These looked perfect for my bad weather bike and also made it onto my regular ride. After picking the cable housing you want these let you use it all the way through the brake system and gets rid of those ugly poor performing noodles. I was expecting them to be aluminium instead of a composite but still ok. They now come with, not shown in the picture, a metal band that helps hold the housing in the top. I'm using them with road levers so added an inline barrel adjuster. If the angle suites the install I will use these over regular noodles every time.

I saw these on a 'bikemanforu' video on Youtube a couple of years ago and was intrigued, so bought a set. I have since fitted a second set to another bike and frankly, will NEVER use those horrid V brake noodles again! They are ingeniously simple, by having a full length outer and avoid the gunky mess that are 'traditional' V brake noodles. These are in my daily commute bike that is used in terrible weather and the weak point of the system after harsh use was the noodles. Since switching to these, those issues have gone away and I cannot recommend them highly enough
