We cannot say as we have not tested this with Sram brakes- you may find that while the adapter plate fits the bolts might not be the correct size or length for a Sram caliper.

this adapter will space a flat-mount calliper on a frame or fork. it is used to convert a 140mm to a 160 mm rear disc.

Second question - on the Chain Reaction site this adaptor is sold with 2 bolts for mounting the Caliper and 2 washers (Y8NU02000) for mounting to the frame. Does this come with these as well just leaving me to buy the correct length bolts?

Mounting Bolt Snap Retainer

Hi
Shimano states in the manual that you should install this adaptor in the frame using caliper mounting bolts with the little mushroom head. You should then put a snap retainer on top of the bolts - part number Y8NU03000 (shown also on your tech doc).
Do you stock these as I can't find them on your website?

Shimano say 13mm must protrude through frame. I need bolts for my RS505's that go through 20mm of frame plus the adaptor plus 13mm. can you supply these? Thank you.
Hi,

The 13mm protruding through the frame is what would be required to fit into the adaptor or directly into the brakes. So the bolts you need are just the ones designed for 20mm frames as these have a 33mm overall length. we stock these and they are SJSC part number 40181.

I'm after a adapter or block to fit with existing and adapter to run on shimano front flat mount . So I get the same braking for less pressure

Unfortunately there is currently no adaptor available from Shimano to allow you to use a flat mount caliper on a flat mount frame with a 180mm disc rotor.
