ConsCostly for what it is.

ProsDoes what it says.

I used it to mount a shimano mechanical disc caliper to forks with flat mounts. Fitted perfectly.
Its great that SJS stocks all these little adaptors, limited availibility elsewhere.

Calliper mounting holes

What is the distance between the two holes where the calliper attaches to the adapter? Also would it work on the front I have 34 mm centre frame mount front and back? Would it work with Hope RX4 post Mount callipers?
