What Size?

I am looking for replacements for 'D' type links i.e. 93mm
What length are these and if not D, do you have any that would fit?
If possible, I would refer not to go to the Avid ones, assuming that the Avid D size also means 93mm.

Hi,
Shimano no longer produce any "D" type links, they produce an "E" and "F" type for their BR-R550 brake and then this one that can be used on both the BR-CX70 and BR-CX50 brakes. Unfortunately none of these measure up at 93mm, the closest is this one which is 96mm in length. The Avid one is miles longer at 105mm.

What Size Link Wire For Shimano Cantibrake??

Hi, What part of the link wire do I need to measure, please, to get the correct size? Thanks

Hi,
Shimano don't put these out in different sizes, if you have the CX70 or CX50 brakes then this is the correct unit link wire. If you have a different set of brakes like the BR-R550 then you will need to replace it with the same version which is designated by a letter on the unit link wire itself.
