I bought some cheap second-hand 188 levers, which were missing these ferrules, so I was unable to use them. These work great & solved my problem!

Could you please advise the inner diameter of the main body, and the outer diameter of the peg-end?

i.e. what are the maximum outer cable diameter and lever body hole diameter that these would accept?
max outer cable diameter is 5.2mm and max lever body diameter is 4.40
