This "top shelf" rack is the perfect match to the Outpost Rear. The top rack is removable and allows you to go stealth, or keep it on for extra carrying flexibility.

ConsInstructions could be clearer. Tight fittings.
ProsVersatile mountings. Optional top shelf. Sturdy
Sturdy front rack with fittings that can be adapted to a variety of different bikes. Instructions could be clearer but looking at photos online shows how the different options work. I fitted my rack to a disc-braked Dawes Galaxy Plus without major problems. The "Camlock" brackets were very tight and needed easing with a file to fit. Not elegant but reassuringly solid.

The drilled holes on the front forks are 11cm apart. Would this rack fit? Many thanks

Can you tell me if this will fit my 26 inch wheel bike as I have no braze on fitting on the front forks ?
No way we can tell I'm afraid without having your bike in the shop to test fit. your best option is to send a photo of your bike and any fittings to [email protected] and we can do our best to see if this might fit.

Hello- I'm afraid we cannot confirm this as we do not have your bike here to check the fitting of the rack and as such cannot advise as to if it will fit or not.

Please can you tell me if this rack will fit my bike as it does not have any brazed on panniers fixings?
You will really need some braze ons to fit this. Be worth contacting us with the make/model etc.

QR skewer

Hi, do you know how long the "extra long" qr skewer would need to be for this rack. Its to fit a Suntour suspension fork which is 120mm over the dropouts.

10 mm like Tubus and Thorn racks? Weight? I have a havy Surly front rack . I want to mount it to my Nomad disc fork. How is it mounted in the top?
Yes the tubing is 10mm. its 645 grams.

It mounts to upper fork mounts, please see below;

Hi,

There is no supplied fitting point or bracket for a front light but with a bit of creativity and possible a longer bolt you may be able to fix a bracket to one of the rack top fixing points.

Suspension Forks With Disc Brakes

Hi, the diameter of my forks are approx. 40 mm. I have no eyelets to attach the rack to the forks, so what kind of p-clips/clamps can I purchase to achieve this should I decide to buy this rack.

with which dispatch company they dispatch to Germany.
If Rack is also for Fatbike. My fork is 20 cm wide on the autside.
Is this conveniently the rack with my fork?

Hi,

An item of this size gets despatched from us with Parcel-force but once it reaches Germany it is normally handed over to GLS or Deutsche Post. This rack won't fit a fatbike, Blackburn do a specific version for a fatbike that is SJSC part 36095.
