Can this be mounted on a bike with disc brakes?

Specific bike is a Women’s Pinnacle Arkose D2. If it can’t do you stock any Pletscher racks that can? Thanks

Hi, this rack does not fit bikes with disc brakes. We don't have any Pletscher racks that do. I suggest Blackburn or Topeak as alternatives. Thanks. 10/04/2020

What Racks With Spring Clips Fit 26" Mountain Bike Wheels

All of the racks we stock with spring clips will be suitable for fitting to a 26" wheeled mountain bike, provided the bike is not using disc brakes, as we don't have and disc suitable racks with spring clips fitted.

... and does it come with all the necessary gubbins to fit to that bike?

As I'm not familiar with this bike I can't say whether it would fit or not. It contains all of the fittings needed including all of the top struts to attach it to the top of the frame.
