What are the dimensions of these mounts?

Hi Guys, i'm trying to mount a specialized pizza rack to a surly krampus rigid fork. The stock mounting plates are too short to mount the rack low enough while clearing the rack of the fork.
Could you tell me the length of these mounts and the distance between the two mounting holes on the adapter plates?
It looks like these could be the perfect solution.

Hi, the length is 86mm, mounting hole centres are 20mm, 5mm diameter holes. Thanks 01/08/19
