Updated for easier fitting and adjustment, the Tour Rack XT offers a uniquely versatile yet rock solid load carrying solution for almost any bike, no rack mounts, no problem: mounts to the rear seat stays or front forks using super strong ratcheting straps to turn even your full suspension trail bike into an adventure tourer.
Robust, oversized aluminium construction keeps your load stable over rough terrain.
Can be fitted or removed in minutes but to prevent theft the ratchet straps can only be loosened by using the included key.
Designed to work perfectly with Thule Blade Helix equipped panniers but by adding
Thule side frames (THS100017) these will accommodate almost any pannier.
Rated to 11.3 kg or 25lbs load capacity even for off road use.
Covered by Thule's usual 5 year warranty.

Could you please confirm the weight bearing limit for the rack please? when I look online some sites say 11kg while others 20. Many thanks

Can my girlfriend use this on her trek Carbon hardtail frame?

Will this be ok to mount to a trek rear Carbon hardtail frame? Frame out of warranty period so not bothered about that but couldn’t find anything on the Thule website saying not to?. Cheers Mike

I cannot recommend these for fitting to your frame, although they are designed to fit a broad spectrum of bike, frame designs and materials I cannot say if it will work with yours, I would speak to Trek to see if the design of the rear stays will accommodate the rack. SK - 20/02/23
