Here is what Tubus say about their Fly Lightweight Rear Rack:
The FLY is ideal for lightweight applications. At only 330g the FLY is a carrier for purists, who expect minimum weight combined with maximum benefits. The Fly carries up to 18 kilos. As a result of its small load floor the FLY is suited to use with just panniers. The Fly attaches with a single strut to the brake bridge & is suitable for 26” (559) as well as for 700c (622) bicycles with narrow to mid-width tyres.
Material - 25CrMo4
Weight - 330g
Max Load - 18 kg
Wheel Size - 26" (559) & 700c (622)
Note: Having weighed a sample rack from our stock we found that this rack weighs 505g incl fittings.
Note - This Product is not designed to pull a trailer or attachment of child seats.

SJS Customer Service:
Hi,
For fitting to a bike without any form of eyelets you will need to use p-clips to attach the lower part of the rack to your frame. These are SJSC part 5058, you will need to measure your frame to decide which size is the best fit. for the top of the rack you can either use p-clips to fit it or use a seatpost collar. These are SJSC part 23605, again you will need to select the appropriate size.
Thanks.
