Chain Length

I am building up a fixed wheel bike, chain ring 48 teeth and a rear sprocket between 18 & 20 teeth. The frame is an old steel Carlton carrying 27 inch wheels. What length chain do I require.

I can't say for sure because chain stay length also varies greatly, I would think that 102 links would be sufficient though.
