is there a reusable missing link for 1/2 * 3/32 chains used on Alfine 8 set ups?

SJS Customer Service:

You might be able to use SJS part: 49353 however as we have never fitted this to a non-Wippermann chain we cannot guarantee compatibility.

what is the difference between this and SJS Cycles part number 50379?

what is the difference between this and SJS Cycles part number 50379? You indicate that both products are listed as suitable for the KMC e1 EPT chain (SJS Cycles part number : 50352), but both listings of link are a different price and secondly both have 7.3mm pins and the KMC e1 EPT chain says it has 6.7mm pins - so are these even designed to work with SJS Cycles part number : 50352?
