I am about to order part no 50345 is this suitable for an old 4 speed cycle gear tandem ?

Hello, I'm afraid we cannot say as we need to know what the pitch of the chainrings to make a recommendation. For tandem use, we usually recommend the KMC e1 was this more durable and stretch resistant.
