ProsAdaptable, Practical, Functional !
I've used these in silver for about 4 seasons now. Since there seemed many questions and no reviews from actual users I thought I'd share my experience. I'm tall, big feet and I ride 150mm cranks, that's a long story but it works for me.First these are your standard 110mm BDC double crank. I ride them with 36/46 Suntour Power rings(vintage greatness!), Suntour Power Ratchet friction shifters. I've used these with Shimano cartrdge BB's of 107, 110 and 113. On those BB's, the 107 and 110 have the same driveside length, and the 113 adds 2mm to that. So when I used the 107/110 I used a 2mm driveside spacer and the 2x chainline is about 43-44mm. The Q, aka tread, measured about 153-4mm as I recall with the 110mm bb. No protesting please if yours measure slightly different, as it seems everyone always measures a little differnet !

Can this be used for stoker of thorn Raven Adventure?
By

Looking to get shorter cranks for stoker. Current crankset has BCD of 110mm, 42t and 34t. Would this be suitable? Many thanks.
Hello & thank you for your enquiry.
This item will be perfect & fit for purpose provided this is to be fitted on the right hand side / drive side.
Kind regards, pc 31/10/23.

It's can be use either single or double chainring ? Is there any specific bolt for double chainring ?
Hi, yes you can use single or double rings. No specific bolts, our part 27234DBL should suit. Thanks

Hi, I need to replace just the crank arms for these 155mm one for my 147cm tall daughter. Would that be compatible with shimano SG-X 105 50-F.
Hi there,

These should work absolutely fine.

Thanks.
Can I use a Stronglight single 36 tooth 110 bcd chainring 266003 Route/Road 5083

As long as the chainring is 110bcd 5 bolt then it should be fine to use.

Thanks
What is the Q factor with these cranks please?
By
25 Apr 2018
I have some newish Stronglight ones which are enormous, and too wide for me. The cranks arms bow outwards in an arc. Looking for something a little below 150mm.
Hi there,

The Q factor is dependant on the BB width, we currently do not have a test mule to fit these to and measure the different Q factors with different BBs.

Thanks

What bottom bracket length is needed to achieve correct Chainline for roadbike
Hi there,

This guidance is not supplied as product information from the supplier and we can only advise until the particular product is test fitted with a few different lengths we would be unable to determine a specific length.

Thanks

Hi,

These are conventional cranks with the spider on the right-hand side.

Thanks.
