Compatibility with Shimano sprockets?
By
15 Apr 2022
The chainglider manual says to swap the standard shimano sprocket for a straight (flat) sprocket made by SRAM or ESJOT - but I can't find a suitable sprocket made by either...
please advise...
Sadly we cannot advise on this, as we have not tested it. Shimano does make Flat sprockets so I cannot see why that would not work.

I want to fit a chain case to a Kalkoff E bike
By
22 Aug 2019
The bike is equipped with a nexus eight speed hub gear, what chaincase product might be suitable? I’m looking for something totally enclosed.
We do not have any experience of Kalkoff bikes, if you think there is clearance for this, you simply need to look at which sprocket size you have. We can only recommend speaking directly to Kalkoff.

Thanks - 23/08/19
What is correct rear chainglider section to use?
By
23 Mar 2018
I had a chainglider (marked 'Art. 350 19-21 | 18 - 22') which worked well. i changed the rear cog from 18 teeth to 20 teeth. Now the chainglider rubs. What is correct rear chainglider section to now use? Thanks.
This size, 18-22t should be suitable up to 22t. Without having the bike to hand it is difficult to assist, I would imagine the glider just needs some adjustment.

Thanks
Can this Hebie chain glider rear section, 350R D16, be used with a Rohloff speed hub?
By

Hi,

We would not recommend using this part with a Rohloff as Hebie actually make a Rohloff specific one that is a slightly different design. These are SJSC part number 41861.

Thanks.
