48T single crankset with double chainguard

Do you know if it is possible to get a 48T single crankset with a double chainguard, or if one can be modified to fit a double chainguard. I have a 40T double chainguard chainset at the moment and the gearing is too low (13T freewheel on the back which is the smallest cog on a screw on freewheel).
