13 or 11 tooth pulley wheels?

The description indicates this uses oversized 13 tooth pulley wheels - but in the photo and diagram they are 11 tooth. Shimano's product page (at https://bike.shimano.com/en-EU/product/component/acera-m3020/RD-M3020-8.html) also gives 11 tooth as the specification. Which is correct?
