Compatibility with Shimano 105 ST-5600 Flight Deck shifters, 10 speed

Does this rear derailleur have the same cable pull ratio of 1.7:1 to match my Flight Deck shifters, and will it shift 10 gears, I have an 11-32T cassette but want to replace this with an 11-34T, or ideally a 11-36T, due to hills feeling longer and steeper than they were when I bought the bike back in 2010. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you

Shimano 9 speed road an mountain uses a pull ratio of 1.7:1 so it will be compatible. SK 09/10/26
Is this compatable with an 8-speed cassette 11-32 (8 speed shimano EF-51 EZ fire shifter)?
