My hybrid is fitted with a Shimano Altus M2000, will this fit as a replacement/upgrade?

I am also looking to replace the cassette, which is currently an HG200 11-34T with an Alvio CS-HG400 11-34T. As the ratios are the same is the set up compatible with the above rear mech?
