It depends on the configuration you are running your drivetrain in Max low sprocket: 46T (1x10-speed), 42T (2x11/2x10-speed).

What's the max low sprocket size of a 1x11 setup? It says 46t for 1x10 so is this the same for 1x11?

Shimano doesn't state a max low sprocket size for 1X11- as this as its only designed to work in the following configurations:
2x11, 1x10, 2x10
