Can I use it withShimano MF-TZ500 7 speed

Hi
Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately this rear derailleur wont work with the MF-TZ500 freewheels as these are either 14-28T or 14-34T whilst this derailleur is a short cage version that only works with 11-28T. You could use something like our part number 55203, which is the Shimano Tourney RD-TY300.

Can I use this with 6 speed freewheel, eg Shimano TZ500 hyperglide 6 speed 14-28t ?

No, as this is designed for 7 speed systems only and Shimano hasn't stated compatibility with 6 speed systems.
