Is the mounting tab electrically isolated?

Traditionally bottle dynamos have only one wire, the live, with the bike's frame serving as the neutral path.

This dynamo has two wire connectors, one L and one N. Does this mean that there is no electrical connection between it's bolt hole and either of the wires?
We do not know for certain but the connections would suggest the mount is insulated. SK 04/06/25
