What Are The Dimensions Of This Roller?

I have a Litespin bottle dynamo and the rubber has worn out and dropped off the roller. I would like to try and repair it adapting this part if I can.

The smaller inner diameter is 10.5mm, the larger inner diameter is 16.5mm, the outer diameter is 21mm and the depth is 6.5mm.
