I recommend this product

This appears to be custom made for Schmidt by a manufacturer of audio cables.

It's thin, black, soft, highly flexible and has a circular profile. Which is pretty much ideal for routing around or through a bicycle frame without looking like a bodge.

Being coaxial makes termination a bit more involved, but it's well worth the effort.

If routed with care this cable will likely out-last your lights.
