Is this suitable to connect to the bracket on an Edelux II in order to attach a rear light?

I think the diameter of the bolt is more than 3mm, if that is what this measurement refers to?
This is intended for the rear light attachment for the upside down Edelux 2, the one you will need is the 6mm ring for mounting through the bracket bolt. SK 21/05/25
