Thread-lock or Anti seize?

Knowing that Titanium parts have a tendency to seize should I use thread-lock(Which is the instruction on the original Brompton bolt / spindle assembly.) on the bolts or an anti seize such as Fenwicks Copper AS assembly grease?
Also what would you recommend for the axle / bushing interface? Anti seize here as well?

For any threading interface use thread-Lock and any interference fit Anti Seize.
