These modern bicycle freewheel sprockets use the ISO standard: 1.375" x 24 tpi (threads per inch), which is compatible with most threaded hubs.
This standard, established in the 1980s, is generally interchangeable with older British 1.370" x 24 tpi and Italian 1.378" x 24 tpi threads, which share the same pitch.

Fitting requires a Shimano type splined freewheel removal tool. (Shimano's own TL-FW30 Multiple Freewheel Remover is SJSCycles part #870)

Always grease threads before installation; the freewheel tightens itself through pedaling, making it self-locking.
