Index Shifter looks to be a high quality product with solid ratcheting action.
Very simple but effective design that should last a long time.

Could I swap the levers over for Campagnolo ones?

Hi, I've got a set of Campagnolo Victory 7-speed downtube shifters I'd like to use with these as mounts... is that possible?

Unlikely, as we don't have any similar campag shifters to test this with.

Yes-as its a friction shifter in theory this should work with anything.

Can I use this with a shimano 12 speed derailleur?

Thank you for enquiry, a friction shifter will work with most speeds however we believe the total cable pull would not be enough to work with a 12 speed set up.

How Much Pull?

Will they work through whole 10 speed SRAM cassette? Are those the same as Dia Compe Ene 11s downtube shifters?

These are different to the down tube shifters but they should have sufficient cable pull for use with a 10spd drivetrain.
