Shimano Deore XT SL-M8000 11 Speed Band On Shift Lever - Right Hand

NOTE: This item has now been discontinued by the manufacturer (since 2026). However, you may find some of it's spare parts listed in the Associated Components linked on this page. If you wish to buy a complete 11 Speed Band-On Shift Lever, we now recommend using the Shimano Deore SL-M5100, which you may find in the Related Products on this page. Please be aware that any other 11 Speed Band-On Shift Lever, particular at Deore XT levels and above, may be for Link Glide systems and may require upgrading the rest of your transmission to be Link Glide compatible.
