It says triple, but I'm assuming as it's friction shifting it will work ok with a double chainring up front?

I'd like to know on what kind of steer this can be mounted. In other words: for which steer diameter is this?

These will have a clamp bad diameter of 22.2mm to fit all standard riser and flat handlebars.
