Consneed some maintenance

Proslong lasting

I do 6000 miles a year, so I have tried various jockey wheels. I tried another type with ball bearings, but these didn't last anywhere near as long as these campag ones the bronze inserts & stainless bushes really do last a lot longer, but need cleaning & regreasing every so often I do this every time I change the chain (1500 to 1800 miles on my 8 speed). I was really pleased that SJS had the old 8 speed parts.

Can I use this with the Veloce 9spd rear mech

I have an older Campag 9spd Veloce (1990’s) will these work with it? My shop is struggling to get suitable ones in!

Can I use these with a Campagnolo Super Record derailleur?

Well, we have not tested it in our workshop, it might work. Though Campag recommends 12 tooth wheel.

In 1991 I had built for me by Bob Jackson a B. J. Hybrid one of only 4 in the UK. My specifications were high so I had only the finest equipment at that time. Over the years I covered 44,000 miles then due to medical conditions took a break of 11 years. I am now back and updating the cycle. However just like technology cycling has also changed. I just need a little help especially with these fiddley components.
